Special Winning Attitude Team

This class is very similar to our adult martial arts program. Kids have an opportunity to learn realistic self defense and kickboxing techniques.

SWAT team is for kids that show extra enthusiasm in the martial arts and are on a path to black belt.

Wrestling, sparring and advanced techniques are a part of this class. Recommended for ages 10 and up this class is by invite only.
